Prime Minister Update on Physical distancing and your wedding
Last night I sat down and listened to a passionate plea from the Prime Minister of Australia for all of us to do their bit to help us through the current health Crisis.
Scott Morrison outlined some changes to weddings in Australia that will drastically change how a marriage Ceremony in Perth and the rest of the country can be held.
Honourable Mr Morrison has stated that from after the 25th of March:
|Places of worship, weddings and funerals||Weddings with a maximum attendance of no more than 5 people and where the 1 person per 4 square metre rule applies.
Funerals attended by a maximum of no more than 10 people and where the 1 person per 4 square metre rule applies.
What does that mean for you?
Basically I will still bring my love and care to all my wedding ceremonies but they will be quite small: just you and 2 guests. Unfortunately one of your guests will be the photographer but I am always happy to deliver a beautiful wedding ceremony while capturing a few magical photos if you so request.
If you are wanting to be married in the near future, that is still possible, it will just be small wedding with just your 2 witnesses. If you are wanting to elope and don’t have any witnesses, I am always happy to supply (with no cost).
My current fees for simple weddings that are intimate and personal are $200 at my premises and $250 at a venue chosen by you here in Perth.
Please contact me if you have any questions on the process or just need to chat: I am always available. Ph: 0431 974 608
